Hello! I'm Daisy. I am an artist, puppet-maker and puppeteer living in Brighton. This blog is to document my puppet shows, which I put on regularly around the town, particularly at Bom-Bane's cafe - www.bom-banes.co.uk . I like telling stories which are often inspired by folk-tales. The puppet shows are mostly non-verbal, accompanied by music to help tell the tale and express the mood. I often use beasts and animals in my work as metaphors for the more primal side of our souls and different parts of the psyche.
